Essence Brit-Tea Haul + Giveaway! - CLOSED

A few months ago, Essence introduced their latest trend edition. A British inspired, you know them they have this tea time.  I have bought some of their limited edition products that I love to try & keep on my treasure trove. All of the products in this collection have a "tea" word in their names how lovely!
Here are the products that I bought.

A Green Tea for Two - a lime green creme shade. Though in some light angle it is more of a lime yellow like in this photo.

Have A Beau-Tea-Full Day - a minty green creme shade that in some angle turns a more lighter green than minty.

Pink to Go - a  baby pink creme shade which I love the most in this collection  *gasp* this shade speaks of spring & summer nail shade polish.

Then there's Tea-riffic Garden Party  which is embossed in rose petals in light white cream, light pink to summer pink. A multi-use blush compact such a lovely thing to behold because of the roses - I love roses! When tapping lightly the cream white & the light pink you can use it as a highlighter. While the darker pink as a blush or when swirled altogether it also creates another shade of pink blush.

MAC x Ellie Goulding's I'll Hold my Breath Swatches and Review

A few months ago MAC had a collaboration with one of the top British singer - Ellie Goulding. I love her talent and her voice is so angelic! So, when I found out from other beauty bloggers' posts that MAC would do a collection with Ellie Gouldin I was so excited. All the products in the collection are named after her songs and one of them is a blush and bronzer duo in a single compact named "I'll Hold my Breath".

Packaging : Comes in a sleek black box with her name and initials in the center printed in gold and a MAC logo printed in white below her name.

Net weight : 10 g / 0.35 oz. 

Final Thoughts : Overall, at the back of the compact it says a satin / matte finish. From the swatches above (left : blush, center : bronzer, right : mix) Both have a more satin finish and have gold glitters were visible especially the blush. Though, the bronzer have a matte-ish effect but still has glitter in it. I like the texture of the bronzer because it's more smooth yet a little powdery while the blush you need to swatch more due of less pigmented.

This Movie Reminds me of my Blush??!!

It's been a month since my sisters and I watched the movie "Batman vs Superman : Dawn of Justice". The movie really focuses on Batman's past and how he became a dark knight then, a woman show up in a few scenes and there we knew it was Wonder Woman. Then, on the last part of the movie you will see Gal Gadot in her role as Wonder Woman that really puts the movie more exciting with only a 7 minute run of her. Then, I recall that MAC cosmetics had a collection of Wonder Woman back in 2011 with a wide range of oversize mineralize skinfinises, lipsticks, lipglosses, pigments, bags, nail lacquers, brushes, makeup bags and more.

But what really caught my attention was their blush duos that are way larger in size than their normal blush size from their permanent line. 

The Packaging have a red and blue color which is the colors of Wonder Woman's costume and on the lid "WonderWoman" with her logo and MAC printed on the center. The box is red with the front I think a vintage drawing along with the name Wonder Woman written on the bottom as well as her logo and MAC's which I still keep until this day! Of all the Justice League members, she is my favorite! 

At the back of the product the name of the powder blush, the net weight was printed.

The blush is divided not equally into two - the larger one is a peachy coral pink sheen while the smaller one is a dark satin red-coral pink, you need a smaller brush to pick this product.
