One of the products that I love in applying to my eyebrows are powder ones and when I saw Essence has one I told myself to get one and never skip this gem.
Upon opening the product there was eyebrow stencils and an angle brush. When you are just starting at makeup the best way in grooming eyebrows is by applying powder before going to gel cremes or pomades as they call it today.
Packaging : Contains two powder shades housed in a small oblong shaped plastic container. (Not shown in the picture) An instruction guide and 3 eyebrow stencils.
The shade that I got is (02) Natural blonde style which is the lightest of the two shades available. I chose this shade instead of the darker one because my eyebrows are sparse and thin and I don't look good on darker shades. The powders are placed in a plastic tray which is not good. It usually slips through my fingers whenever I try it so do be very careful if you're going to use this. Though you think it's great for traveling but I suggest don't because the lock on the container becomes loose as you use it in the long run. The angle brush picks up tons of shadows that you need to tap off the excess because there'll be fall outs.
This is what it looks like, the powders are so buttery, soft and pigmented that it tends to get messy and you need a light hand if you're using the given brush which means if you drop it there's a tendency the powders will crumble.
Overall, I love this product for beginners that are starting into makeup this is a good one but to those you are used to doing makeup I suggest don't. The powders are pigmented, soft and buttery that's easily blended though it easily comes off just by wiping with your fingers so what more if you're oily skin? It would easily comes off too. Affordable price but not good for traveling, I wish they would encase it in a small compact for ease of use.
